There are several ways to install a fire door. One of them\u2014the most common\u2014is using masonry anchors. <\/p>\n\n
> First, open the clamping arms to 90\u00b0. Prepare the opening by cutting out the recesses on-site where the clamping arms will later fit. Fig. 1<\/strong>. <\/p>\n\n > With the door panel closed and without removing the protective elements, install the assembly in the opening. For proper operation, the door must be square and perfectly plumb. Fig. 2<\/strong>. <\/p>\n\n > Cover the entire perimeter of the door frame with mortar or quick-setting cement, making sure it is thoroughly covered on both the outside and the inside.<\/p>\n\n > Once the bonding material has fully cured, remove the protective elements from the blade. Fig. 3<\/strong>.<\/p>\n\n > If you want to remove the lower stiffener, use a hammer and chisel to tap the welded joints where it connects to the frame to detach it.<\/p>\n\n > Finally, install the doorknobs and paint the walls.<\/p>\n\n > Verify that the installation was performed correctly and that the door is operating properly.<\/p>\n\n > Adjust the door, if necessary, so that it meets the installation clearances while adhering to the established tolerances.<\/p>\n\n > Perform proper periodic maintenance on the unit in accordance with the maintenance instructions.<\/p>\n\nBefore completing the installation<\/h3>\n\n
