Sheet

Galvanized steel sheet between 0.7 and 0.9 mm thick, assembled using a roll-forming machine by double-folding and stitching the TAPA-BANDEJA assembly.
Rock wool insulation with a density of 145 kg/m³.
Galvanized steel stiffeners.
Steel anti-pry bolt, 14×36 mm hexagonal, zinc-plated.
Blade thickness: 51 mm.
Bottom section prepared for guillotine installation.

Frame

Steel with reduced thermal conductivity, 1.5 mm thick.
Z-shaped jambs and lintels of the ASTURMADI special profile.
Cold-rolled steel fastening clips, 230 x 1.5 mm, specifically designed for various types of partition walls.
A configuration with a wall-mounted frame is available.
A telescoping cover that can be adjusted to fit the width of the partition is available.

Finishes

Sheet metal coated with thermosetting epoxy powder.
A 100-micron coat of paint on the glass pane and a 120-micron coat on the frame.
Standard color: RAL 7038 gray.
RAL 9010 white at no additional cost (please inquire).
Antibacterial paint (formulated with silver nitrate) is available.

It expands to 25 times its original size at temperatures above 150 °C.
