ASTURMADI’s UL-listed fire door was specifically tested to meet the most stringent requirements in accordance with American ANSI–NFPA standards, achieving a maximum rating of 180 minutes for both single-leaf and double-leaf doors, and is required in numerous projects around the world.

Sheet

Galvanized steel sheet between 0.7 and 0.9 mm thick, assembled using a roll-forming machine by double-folding and stitching the TAPA-BANDEJA assembly.
Rock wool insulation with a density of 145/180^kg/m³.
Galvanized steel stiffeners.
Steel anti-pry bolt, 14×36 mm hexagonal, zinc-plated.
Blade thickness: 51 mm.
Approximate weight of 25/29^kg/m².

Frame

Steel with reduced thermal conductivity, 1.5 mm thick.
Z-shaped jambs and lintels of the ASTURMADI special profile.
Cold-rolled steel fastening clips, 230 x 1.5 mm, specifically designed for various types of partition walls.
50 x 2.5 mm sheet steel spacers.

Finishes

Sheet metal with an ANTIBACTERIAL thermosetting epoxy powder coating (containing silver nitrate).
A 100-micron coat of paint on the glass pane and a 120-micron coat on the frame.
