Over the course of more than 40 years, the company has expanded its infrastructure with a second factory in Mexico and has grown to become a leader both nationally and internationally.

2022 - 2026
Facility Expansion and Technological Modernization
In 2022, the Asturmadi Group began an ambitious expansion of its facilities, bringing its total manufacturing space to more than 25,000 square meters. This expansion has been supported by a significant investment in advanced technology, with the goal of continuing to optimize production processes and increase manufacturing capacity. Among the key developments is the launch of a modern paint booth covering more than 2,000 square meters, with a batch capacity of up to 200 units. In addition, a new door manufacturing line was added, which significantly increased production capacity and enabled the company to offer customers even faster and more customized solutions.
2015
Opening of a New Factory in South America
In 2015, Asturmadi took a crucial step in its international expansion strategy by opening a new door manufacturing plant in South America. This strategic investment not only enabled the company to improve its competitiveness in the region but also to optimize delivery times and logistics, thereby strengthening its relationship with local customers. The new plant in South America has been key to continuing to expand the product offering and meeting the growing demands of the South American market with the same quality and efficiency that characterize the brand.
2007
International Expansion and the Creation of a Global Distributor Network
In 2007, Asturmadi began its international expansion, with the goal of consolidating its presence in global markets and extending its reach beyond national borders. This phase of growth was accompanied by the opening of several company-owned branches in key countries, which significantly strengthened its distributor network. Today, the company has more than 1,000 distributors worldwide and exports to more than 40 countries, which has allowed it to establish itself as a global player in the fire-rated security door market.

Grand Opening of the Fire-Rated Metal Door Factory
In 1998, Asturmadi took a major strategic step by opening its factory specializing in the manufacture of metal fire doors. Initially focused on the domestic market, this expansion represented a significant innovation in the industry. From the very beginning, the company distinguished itself through its focus on quality and security, which allowed it to establish a solid reputation in the local market.

From the ports of Avilés, Gijón, and Bilbao, we have access to the services of ten of the world’s leading shipping lines, covering routes to Europe, the Americas, and Asia.
Our facilities in Spain cover more than 12,000 m2, and we have a new factory in the Americas covering more than 4,000 m2, as well as several branch offices with their own warehouses located throughout Europe, the Americas, Asia, and Africa.
With a network of more than 1,000 distributors and representatives around the world, our goal is to maintain strong relationships and foster long-term cooperation between us.
We have an excellent logistical location with weekly distribution.
