The INOX metal fire door is manufactured by Asturmadi specifically for hospitals and spaces where finish and hygiene are of the utmost importance. Equipped with high-quality finishes and hardware, it is our top-of-the-line door. The metal fire door is one of the crown jewels of our product catalog. Its modern and simple design makes the metal door suitable for a wide variety of purposes.

Sheet

Sheet metal coated with thermosetting epoxy powder.
A paint coating of 100 µm on the panel and 120 µm on the frame. Rock wool insulation with a density of 145/180 kg/m³. Thermal insulation coefficient of 1.2 W/m²K.
Galvanized steel stiffeners.
Zinc-plated steel anti-pry bolt.
A 53-mm-thick sheet made of 0.7/0.9-mm stainless steel sheet metal.

Frame

Assembly using a roll-forming machine by double-folding and stitching the assembly.
1.5 mm-th ick stainless steel jambs and lintels with a U-shaped profile, ASTURMADI model.
Cold-rolled steel sheet clamping clamps.

Finishes

Standard color: RAL 7038 gray.
RAL 9010 white at no additional cost.
