The reversible emergency door is the most widely manufactured door of its kind, cutting storage space in half and preventing installation errors related to the direction of opening. It’s as easy as flipping the door over to change the direction of opening.

Sheet

Galvanized steel sheet between 0.7 and 0.9 mm thick, assembled using a roll-forming machine by double-folding and stitching the TAPA-BANDEJA assembly.
Rock wool insulation with a density of 145kg/m^³.
Galvanized steel stiffeners.
Steel anti-pry bolt, 14×36 mm hexagonal, zinc-plated.
Blade thickness: 51 mm.

Frame

Steel with reduced thermal conductivity, 1.5 mm thick.
Z-shaped jambs and lintels of the ASTURMADI special profile.
ASTURMADI model special removable teeth.
Cold-rolled steel fastening clips, 230 x 1.5 mm, specifically designed for various types of partition walls.

Finishes

Sheet metal coated with thermosetting epoxy powder.
A 100-micron coat of paint on the glass pane and a 120-micron coat on the frame.

3-mm-thick steel hinges

They are secured to the door panel with zinc-plated M6X16 screws and welded to the frame; the lower hinge is a semi-automatic torsion hinge.

It expands to 25 times its original size at temperatures above 150 °C.
